At the age of 33, Elodie is very attached to the Nice region, where she comes from. When she came across the Smartclic ad offering a sales and production assistant position just a few minutes from her home, it was a real godsend. “I’ve been working at the agency for two years now and I’m very happy. With an average of 50/60 online orders per week to manage with very variable volumes, from Stationery to POS, from Textiles to Goodies, Elodie knows that she must be spotless. Describing herself as “very miticulous “, she has the defects of her qualities. “If there is a problem, I manage to solve it as quickly as possible to give the customer complete satisfaction. “Very concerned about the quality of customer service and versatility, Elodie manages each order from A to Z: reception, DTP, verification, dispatch and order tracking.
Implementation of the logistics with the ESAT of Saint-Jeannet
For more than a year, Smartclic has been working in partnership with ESAT Les Prés for all its logistics (small and medium shipments). Partnership that Elodie has successfully set up in complete autonomy. This now allows her more time to be devoted to customer service and to increase her skills in project management and commercial follow-up.
