Districlos, a company with values of advice and proximity
Districlos, a trading company specialised in the sales of fences and gates for professionals and private individuals, is a well established SME with 100 employees based in Sophia-Antipolis. To support its sales strategy, the company calls on Smartclic. Listening to Laurence Dalmasso, its marketing director, we quickly understand that it is also about a meeting of shared values.
How was Districlos born?
The company was created 11 years ago by two fence installers. Following a large order, they found themselves with stock and had the idea of selling it on an online ad site. The demand was such a success that they decided to start trading.
What makes you special?
A double sales channel on the internet and in store. For some products, our customers need things to go fast: the internet is ideal for that. But for the others, they need to see and choose on site. Today, our network has 14 stores and should grow up to 27 in the next 3 years. We want to cover the whole French territory to be as close as possible to our customers.
Why do you call on Smartclic?
Our needs are very diverse: it goes from clothing for our salespeople and installers to small customer gifts, tote bags for a trade show or gift boxes for the holidays. The important thing for me is that our stores have a range of quality products and gifts with our brand that they can use and adapt to their needs.
What do you like about Smartclic?
The proximity and the advice. I particularly appreciate being able to come and choose my products in the showroom. I discover ideas there that I would never have had by choosing only on the internet. I find Smartclic sharing the same values which animate Districlos: quality products with competitive prices, and a true customer service. It is important to be able to surround yourself with stable partners who bring added value.
