Work-study program, a partnership of trust

After obtaining her BAC Économique et Social (the equivalence of the A level) in 2018, Juliette joined the SUP DE WEB school of the Mediaschool group in Nice in which she will start her last year of Master in September 2022.
When she arrived at Smartclic, Juliette discovered what “non-media” was and it was a real revelation for her: “When I first arrived at the agency, the team showed me the premises and the showroom. All the personalised products on display (goodies, textiles, POS, etc.) made me realise that I also wanted to be part of the research for new products to market as well as its tailoring. What I like above all is to be able to offer something concrete to our customers, something useful that they can touch and that they can also offer in return!
Juliette‘s job was inspired by her arrival at Smartclic. Her missions are diversifying every day. From creating contents on social networks to putting products online, Juliette has a real passion for writing posts as well as for their graphic creation. She interacts with our community and our customers and is always on top of new trends! She is a force of proposal and does not hesitate to innovate, to look for the most original and innovative products according to the seasonality, the highlights and what could please our customers and prospects. Thanks to her position as a Community Manager, Juliette contributes to Smartclic’s external communication as well as the development of its brand image.
A human and professional evolution
“When I first joined Smartclic, I was extremely shy and reserved. But thanks to the confidence that my manager, Marianne JACQUEMET (with whom I work closely) and our CEO Vincent DAUMAS. That was given to me for the last 2 years, I have revealed myself and surpassed myself! The good atmosphere, the mutual support within the team, the human aspect that I have rarely found elsewhere. The responsibilities that I have been given increasing with time. Have led me to gain more confidence and to assert myself even more. Whether you’re a student or have been in the team for years, you learn something new every day at Smartclic. As my manager Marianne JACQUEMET would say so well, and she’s not wrong! *Laughs*
What I like here is that the alternates are considered as real members of the team! We have a lot of responsibility. We really are part of SMARTEAM !
