Client Interview: Charles CONSTANTIN, Manager-Bank quarter, Genève

Art, luxury & well-being: the new concept of 5-star shared work in the heart of Geneva. The Quartier des Banques by Signature opened its doors in a magnificent 19th century building in the heart of Geneva. A unique space offering flexible work solutions on 4 floors with private and shared offices, a members club, meeting rooms, fitness, lounge/bar and restaurant. An exceptional place where art blends with luxury, where well-being coexists with work.

Charles Constantin, operational director, trusted Smartclic to equip the place with discreet and luxurious promotional touches. For us, he shares this beautiful collaboration.

Charles has been working in the world of luxury since 2008 in Geneva, where he works for a high standard clientele in the hotel, event and now business sectors. “Quartier des Banques offers, through its innovative concept, a unique experience in Geneva; it is an exclusive place of work focused on an artistic, culinary and well-being experience. The lounge is reserved entirely for members until 5:30 pm, then opens to the public in the evening in the atmosphere of a cocktail bar. 5 meeting rooms, 70 private offices, a fitness room, a movie theater and a restaurant complete this place. All this in a sumptuously decorated setting, combining contemporary works of art and 20th century furniture.” The dream for this aesthete trained in the hotel business at the Vatel Institute in Lyon and settled in Switzerland 12 years ago.

The promotional object: the little extra not to be neglected

In such an exceptional setting, everything must be up to scratch. From the pens to the notepads offered to customers. A mission that Charles chose to entrust to Smartclic Genève. “With Smartclic, I found everything I was looking for in a partnership: proximity, a varied range, availability, reactivity and, of course, a top-of-the-range personalised products. And as a bonus, an easy working relationship and a qualitative response. I couldn’t dream of anything better! ».

Open since September 1st, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, Quartier des Banques has already proven the relevance of its model and attracts clients from all sectors of activities: digital, pharmaceutical, banking/finance, etc. At the origin of the project, Philippe Peress, a Canadian-Swiss art lover, bought the franchise of the IWG group in Switzerland (Régus, Spaces and Signature brands). The restaurant was entrusted to Philippe Chevrier, a star chef from the region. The fitness room is managed by Technogym and the Pace gallery has selected the works of art exhibited there.
